The Retooling Professionals will be convening in Philadelphia for the second time for training and professional development with the fellowship staff. The fellows at this stage will have completed their theories of change, finalized their evaluation questions, and engaged in data collection planning and tool development.

The goal of this workshop is to finalize the data collection and analysis plans, as well as to fine tune any data collection tools to be developed. Our workshop presenters include:
