The Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development, part of the Eliot-Pearson Department of Child Development at Tufts University, welcomes applications Research Project Director position. The successful applicant will work to provide leadership and guidance in the planning, implementation, and analysis of multivariate and longitudinal data for various research projects. Other duties include supervising master's and doctoral students to ensure the high quality of their work, write and submit grant applications, develop manuscripts and publications, train staff and students in data analysis techniques, represent the Institute at conferences and meetings, and other responsibilities. Applicants must have a doctorate and at least five years of post-doctorate experience, as well as complex data analysis skills.
